Isha Prayer Time — When Is Isha Today?
Isha is the fifth and final of the daily prayers, prayed at night. Its time begins when the red twilight (shafaq) disappears and lasts until midnight (the preferred time) or, in necessity, until true dawn. Isha is 4 rakah of obligatory prayer, with sunnah rakah before and after, and is often followed by the Witr prayer.
The Prophet ﷺ praised praying Isha in congregation: whoever prays Isha in congregation, it is as if he prayed half the night; combined with Fajr, the whole night.

Until what time can I pray Isha? +
The preferred time for Isha ends at Islamic midnight (the midpoint between sunset and true dawn). In necessity it may be prayed until true dawn, but it should not be intentionally delayed past midnight.
What is Witr and is it part of Isha? +
Witr is a separate, highly emphasised prayer of an odd number of rakah (1, 3, 5…) prayed after Isha, closing the night's prayers. It is not part of the Isha fard but is strongly recommended (wajib in the Hanafi school).
